UK Consumer Rights

According to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers in the United Kingdom have the statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification.

In addition to your statutory rights, Bedsure offers a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible items.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Bedsure will cover the return shipping costs.

For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

For certain low-value items, Bedsure may offer a refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Exchanges

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
