Im so happy with this blanket!

I’m really loving this blanket. The texture is so soft and silky, and it feels nice and cool when you first get into bed. It’s been perfect for the hot weather. The only thing is that it does warm up after a while from your body heat, so it won’t stay cold all night. I think that’s just how cooling blankets work. Even then, it still feels much more breathable and comfortable than a normal duvet. Overall, I’m really happy with it and have been using it every night.

Light and cool but comforting for duvet users

This is a nice lightweight duvet-like blanket that isn't too thin for people used to using a duvet year round. I normally stick with a middling tog weight duvet but it can just be a bit much in the Summer. It arrived impressively compressed into a small cylindrical package so not an overly big item to handle on delivery. Since this is designed to be used without a cover, it is made with durability in the construction. The fabric is smooth and cool to the touch, so effectively that I had to wait for a heatwave before I could possibly use it at night! It felt much more comfortable than my polyester stuffed duvet with thick cotton covers in the heat. I'm actually planning to also use this one with my covers when it does get cooler though, as the lighter weight is appropriate for the season.

Lightweight Cooling Duvet That Feels Fresh on Warm

At £57.99, this king-size cooling duvet has a light, airy feel that suits warmer nights or if you tend to overheat. The fabric feels smooth and cool to the touch when you first get into bed, and it doesn’t retain heat like thicker duvets. It’s generously sized with a nice drape, and the breathable filling keeps it comfortable rather than heavy or stuffy. It’s also completely quiet when moving, with no rustling or crinkling sounds. The dual-sided design and corner tabs add useful flexibility depending on how you prefer to use it. This cooling duvet is clearly designed with warmer conditions in mind, and the lightweight construction makes a noticeable difference compared to more traditional, heavier options. Straight out of use, the fabric has a cool, smooth feel which is especially noticeable when you first get into bed. While that initial cool-touch sensation settles after a while, the duvet continues to feel breathable and doesn’t trap excess warmth overnight. The king size (225 x 220 cm) provides good coverage and drapes well over the bed without feeling bulky. It has more of a “coverless” comforter feel rather than a thick, layered duvet, making it particularly suited to summer use or for those who prefer lighter bedding. The dual-sided design adds flexibility, and the stitching appears neat and well finished. The four corner tabs are a practical feature if you want to secure it inside a duvet cover, although it also works well on its own. The filling is soft and flexible rather than dense, which allows air to move through more easily and helps maintain that light, comfortable feel throughout the night. Another positive is that it’s completely silent when shifting position, with no rustling fabric or noise, which helps avoid disruption during the night. Overall, this is a well-designed lightweight duvet that works well as a cooler alternative to standard options. It’s not intended for colder months, but for warmer nights it provides a more comfortable, less heavy sleeping experience. I found it balanced temperature well—light enough to avoid overheating, while still offering a bit of warmth when needed, so I wasn’t adjusting it throughout the night.

What a marvellous cooling duvet this is. Absolutel

This Bedsure cooling duvet is mind-blowingly amazing. I don't think it's possible to even imagine what a cooling duvet is actually like before you try it, because all that I could picture was a thin duvet so you didn't get as hot as you might with a regular weight one, but this just doesn't sum it up at all. The duvet actually cools your body, from the moment you lay it over you and then all through the night as well! I don't even know how it's possible that it manages this the way that it does. I mean, it's like magic! Obviously, it's not magic and it's down to cleverly designed materials, but still, I like to think a magician made this thing! It feels like you've put your duvet in the fridge for a few hours then taken it out, except you haven't. Touch it and it just feels silky, not cold as such, but drape it over you and you get that same cooling effect. Like I said, it's like magic. Aside from the whole cooling thing - and by the way, you're meant to use this without a cover over it, just as it is - the actual duvet itself is really nice. Soft, comfortable, smooth, light and delightful to have on the bed. Love that this comes in different colours also because there's nothing worse than having a white cover that shows every mark. The grey is great for our decor. For what this offers for your comfort when you're feeling hot at night, I feel the value for money is great. I'd never even have thought of buying one before, but now I know I wouldn't want to be without one come summer. Mine is folded over the end of the bed, waiting for that warm weather to try to test me out this year. I'm ready.

A Well Made, Silky Feeling Blanket That Helps With

This blanket is ideal for hot sleepers or those warmer summer nights. I got the green version and there is a hint of "hospital scrubs" with this colour in my opinion, but I still like it. The actual blanket has been produced very well and arrives vacuum packed. I found that there was no off-gassing on opening and overall I am very pleased with it. The material has a silky, slippery feel to it and it has helped keep me feeling cooler when sleeping. You don't use a duvet cover, as that would prevent direct contact with the skin, but the blanket is thin enough to fit in my washing machine when cleaning is required. If you are a hot sleeper or perhaps have a heat retaining mattress, (some memory foam ones for example), then this is a potentially good option for a more comfortable night's sleep.

Recommend using it as it is and not putting a cove

The material is incredibly soft and cool to touch, genuenely well made and I am so happy I got it since UK is getting hotter these days. It has this very silky feel, it is also not too light in a sense that it still feels like a normal blanket when having it on, just without having to deal with the heat which is perfect. The colour is so pretty , looks exactly like the picture ! Highly recommend I love that it is washing machine safe therefore perfect for sweaty summer nights, because it can be washed as needed. I personally not use a cover with it, because I the material is cooling and I feel like putting a cover on it would defeat the purpose of being cool to touch. It seems pricey , but considering that you would use it every single day for at least few warm months, the cost per use is actually very worth it. Perfect for all year around for people who overheat easily or going theough menopause

Lightweight and perfect for summer

I wanted a cooling blanket for summer, so I thought of getting this. It is 200cm, which is a nice big size, and I like the material. It comes in 4 colours, but I bought the grey. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it is great. It is actually cold and beautifully made. The material is soft, and I like that it is thin, so it's not heavy when using. It is great for summer weather as it stays cool all night. It feels smooth to touch, and I like the material. Overall, I am pleased with this product and would recommend.

a contradiction in terms a cooling duvet, no it wo

Is this a contradiction in terms a cooling duvet, no it works ! The duvet arrived in pristine condition, boxed the presentation is ideal for gifting. The first thing you notice is how silky smooth and cool it feels from the box. It is also very lightweight and feels so comfy overnight. The stitching is excellent and general presentation exactly as advertised including size. It is definitely cool and works a treat for warmer or hotter houses. I would never have brought one of these not believing the hype but its true. Price wise (time of review £66) now i have tried it excellent for a good nights sleep in the summer, worth every penny. I did find it a bit strange with no cover but the advert assures this can be washed easily enough, time will tell.

Cooling fabric works!

This is a really well-made duvet with loveky bound edges so does look good on the bed if used as designed to do so without a cover. The idea is that you use if without a cover as the fabric cools you. This I found a strange concept since it is made from nylon which in my experience is very sweaty as its man-made. However, for some weird and wonderful reason it really works and you don't feel sweaty at all just really comfortable and not hot. It's still a bit cold ATM to just use this duvet on its own but I'm looking forward to having a comfortable summer without overheating under this duvet. The only downside is that you have to wash the whole duvet each time rather than just the cover so I do wonder how it will stand repeated washing. At £57 I think its expensive and would be looking to pay £35 personally and I have marked it down a star for this reason.

Cool. VERY cool! Soft and comfortable - will make

I wasn’t really sure what to expect from this, and thought it was most likely it wouldn’t be ‘my thing’. How wrong could I be! This is amazing. When it says it’s cooling, it actually is - but it isn’t just a case of it being thin. This is a really soft and comfortable ‘duvet’. It’s beautifully made with thoughtful and careful features such as the smart-looking edging and small loops in the corners (I think you can get duvet covers that have little ties on the inside corners, so I guess that’s what they’re for, although I think the idea is to use this without a cover). The fabric feels cool as soon as you take it out of the packaging (vacuum packed and within its own branded box) - which was a pleasant surprise, and it does seem to stay cool when you’re using it. I’ll have to pack this away for now though - it’s still too chilly at night to be able to use it, but I will certainly look forward to warmer nights now rather than dreading them. I wasn’t sure about the mint green colour when I ordered this from the Amazon vine program, but actually I rather like it - it’s a bit different, and it seems to add to the ‘cool’ feeling. I popped this on the bed and tried it out whilst wearing daytime clothing … the cool feeling somehow manages to permeate through even fairly thick fabrics. It really is quite remarkable! If you struggle with overheating at night this is definitely worth a try.

A Game‑Changer for Hot Sleepers!

This cooling duvet has transformed my sleep experience. From the moment you touch it, you can feel the cooling effect - it really does provide instant coolness, making a noticeable difference if you tend to overheat at night or when it is a particularly hot and sticky. As someone who struggles with night sweats, this duvet has been a lifesaver, keeping me comfortable without feeling clammy or heavy. The fabric is incredibly soft and smooth against the skin, almost silky, yet not slippery. It genuinely feels soothing and helps you relax after a long day. Despite being lightweight, it offers just the right amount of comfort without trapping heat. It feels very luxurious too. It is well packaged and presented - and would make an excellent gift. What truly impressed me is its breathability. The bamboo material does an excellent job of regulating temperature and wicking away moisture, so you stay fresh and dry throughout the night. It’s perfect year‑round, especially during those hotter summer months. I also appreciate the thoughtful design details. It works brilliantly on its own, but the corner tabs make it easy to secure inside a duvet cover if you prefer. Maintenance is refreshingly simple too — as it can be washed easily. If you’re a hot sleeper or looking for a lightweight, cooling, and luxurious comforter, this one is absolutely worth it. Comfortable, breathable, and beautifully made — highly recommended!

Cherub
Cooling blanket which wicks heat away from skin

I’m running a bit hot these days, and not in a good way. And it’s spring, so it’s hot and it’s cold and my poor tired body is just bemused by it all. Step forward this cooling duvet, which is 90% nylon and 10% elastane, which wicks heat away from your body to make you, you know, cooler. And it works. I’m sitting under it on the sofa as I write this. My legs are cooler than my torso is, because that’s where the duvet is. Mr Cherub sat underneath it, and immediately shuddered and said he disliked it because it is cold. But it’s more than just the temperature because the fabric outer has a curious, synthetic feel which I don’t mind at all, but which he didn’t like. In terms of the manufacture quality, this is pretty solid. The stitching is straight and even, and the hemming is nice. The filling looks evenly distributed. So while £57.99 is a fair amount of money, it is reasonable for a cool touch duvet. The only thing I’d mention is that this is designed to be used without a cover, nylon does absorb oil, and once it’s marked with oil, it stays there. So, just factor that in when deciding how and where to use it.
