Lovely soft, lightweight but really good quality throw. The cream one we got is an excellent size for out spare room and it covers the bed nicely making sure that the bed is ready for visitors and escapes the plague of dog hairs that our senior mutt seems to enjoy leaving everywhere! The texture of the finish is nice and adds some depth and quality to the throw and it does look good and blends into the decor no matter what bedding it underneath it which is a bonus. it's certainly not the cheapest of items for what it is at all, but the quality and finish is good and the item is good, but if you are more value conscious then there may be more suitable items within the amazon listings. If not, then this is a good choice.

This bed spread/pet blanket from Bedsure looks very nice on the bed. It's a great way to cover it, with a high quality product, but also have the security that if your pet sleeps on it that the high density of the fabric means that it's less likely to snag, I've had many a blanket snagged by my cat's claws and this one has stayed intact for the month I've had it! Brilliant. It's made from premium quality cotton, which is soft and cosy to the touch. It's certified by OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 which means it's free from any harmful substances and odours which make it a lot more skin friendly. It certainly didn't have that awful new factory smell that a lot of bedding can have, which is a huge bonus to me. It washes very well, and there's been no change in the quality of the product after washing on a 30 degree cycle with washing detergent and fabric softener. I like the look on it on the bed and the texture and pattern on it is subtle but adds an extra touch to it. It's also very big and fits the super king bed very well. For the current £39.99 it's brilliant value for money for what you get.

I ordered this to use in the summer as my home gets very hot at night after the heat of the day. I have also changed the colour of my room so this beautiful olive/sage green is a cosy but calming addition to my current set up. It is not a thick blanket but there is a slight weight to it. It feels breathable but provides warmth on cooler nights; this versatility is great if you also want a blanket as decoration for the foot of your bed or to cover during the day. I enjoy the quality of the blanket, it appears to be made well and I like the sustainability materials that have been used as many materials can have unknown chemicals on which can irritate the skin. I have a kingsize bed so this King sheet fits perfectly, with overhang on the sides of the bed. It does feel like a luxury blanket so I think at the current price it is value for money, particularly for a King size sheet.

This blanket is good quality - the material feels quite soft, even though it has a somewhat textured look. The stitching around the hemmed edge is neat and tidy with no noticeable loose stitches or gaps - it just looks really well made. Use it as a throw over the sofa, in the back seat of a car or as an escape from the duvet on hotter summer nights. I'll be sleeping under this summer for sure. The price at £25.99 does not seem outlandish considering how well made it is and the material quality.

Our dogs sleep at the foot of our bed, but unfortunately often make the sheets dirty. That is until now, as this throw is the perfect thing for them to sleep on whilst keeping our bed clean! The fabric is durable but also breathable, meaning it is cool for them to sleep on during the warmer nights. It also means it dries quickly after being washed. The fabric isn’t super soft, it’s kind of similar to the texture of a table cloth, but it looks great and is ideal for pets as it’s scratch resistant and unlikely to look worn over time. This throw is so large that we fold it over so it is double the thickness, but we love that it’s big enough to cover the entire bed if we needed. This is a great quality throw for a reasonable price.

A cream coloured throw / blanket. This blanket comes wrapped and in a box so is ideal for gifting. It is well made , the fabric is soft and a good quality, the edges are neatly turned and sewn to give a tidy edge so it will not look out of place on a sofa or bed. It is washable, I washed it on a 30 wash and line dried it, no problems with shrinkage, it was not to creased and after folding it neatly and and hanging it on my clothes airer I didnt need to iron it. I have used it on my sofa and also on the bed. It is not to heavy and would make an ideal llight summer blanket. Being cream it will also match with any colour scheme.

I think this would make it suitable for gifting, as maybe a housewarming or wedding gift. The size I chose is 180 cms x 240 cms (roughly 6ft x 8ft in old money), and is ideal either as a throw for the sofa or as a lightweight bed blanket, The fact that it is pet friendly is a bonus, as I have two dogs who love nothing more than snuggling up with me. The edges and seams are all neatly stitched. The underside is smooth, but the top has a texture to it, which reminds me of a tablecloth my Mum used to have which I think she called “seersucker”. I am still undecided whether to use mine on the bed, or on the sofa in my lounge. It’s only Spring, so still gets a little chilly at nighttime, so I may wait until the warm weather and use it on the bed. Even when it is hot in bedroom I cannot sleep without some form of cover over me, so this will be perfect, as it's soft and lightweight. I opted for the olive green coloured throw as I can take it in the car with me for days out without worrying about dirty paw prints, well that was the thought. The material is lovely, reminding me of blankets that used to be in the beds in the French homes we stayed in when I was much much much younger. One side of the blanket is more textured than the underside, the label obviously being attached to the underside. It’s also it a hatch type texturing or small seersucker texturing. The throw is not as heavy as I expected but still weighty, i certainly knew I had a blanket on the bed when I used it over my wool blanket for the night. The colour is great as it allows my little male Pom to run around on without the need to keep him off the bed because of his dirty paws, it washes really easily and dried quickly on a nice windy day (I cannot comment on tumble drying as I don’t have a tumble dryer) Personally I am very very happy with this cotton throw.

I requested this throw for our sofa which has been covered in a cotton quilt cover over the polyester seat covers without problems. I tried to put the new throw on the sofa and it gave static electricity crackles all the time. The maker's label says it's 100% cotton so I don't know why this should happen. Anyway we have found an alternate use for it now as a summer throw on a double bed. It feels nice and soft and I think it will make a good alternative cover on a bed in summer. I would suggest a machine wash before use as it had very many small bits of fluff and cotton that attached themselves to everything while we tried it out before washing. At review time this was £35.99

This is brilliant blanket for summer. The cotton construction feels cool and comfortable against the skin. It’s thicker than I expected for cotton too, so it has a good weight to it and stays in place well. I still like to feel like I have a good layer over me in order to feel safe and secure in bed, even in summer, and this feels great. I ordered the largest size - it’s ideal for my kingsize bed. See my picture for reference. The dark grey matches my decor well too. The throw is machine washable, so it’s a viable option to use instead of a duvet cover, plus you don’t need to faff about with removing it for washing - simply throw it in the machine! The textured waffle finish doesn’t necessarily need ironing either, so it’s very low maintenance.

Either way, it gives the throw a bit of visual interest. In terms of weight, it’s very well suited to hot summer nights. It’s light enough to feel breathable but still substantial enough to use as a throw over a bed or sofa. That said, because it’s essentially an unstructured piece of fabric, I suspect it would need a bit more adjustment if used on a sofa, where it could easily slide around or get rucked up with regular use. Personally, I think it works best as a bed throw, where it can sit more neatly and is less likely to need constant straightening. The cotton fabric should also be a good choice for warm weather, as it’s breathable and easy to care for. I washed and dried it before using it and had no problems. Colour can vary between screens, but in person I would describe this as a rather attractive clotted-cream shade, which is easy to match with other bedding. At the current price point this seems reasonable for a large 100% cotton throw, although it is essentially a simple unstructured piece of fabric rather than a padded or quilted item. Overall this is a nice lightweight cotton throw that works particularly well for summer bedding, and I’m pleased with it, although the simplicity of the design means it doesn’t quite feel like a full five-star product.
